Is the 5% max bet stake still on? Because there is no way to get to over 1000% with single bets only lol?
seems like he win huge payout for toto parlay and other single bet with high multiplier too.
In the first competition there were max odds of 10 so the most you could win is 50% per parlay. Apparently Directbet changed the rules to unlimited odds?
The 5% max bet, was always on, and remains on.
The max odds rule was changed in the first competition, and we mantained it the same in this second one.
The
cap limit for odds was removed, and the max number of bets slips required to qualify for prizes is based on the biggest odds of a winning bet (as stated in rule 5.2 in the "Betting rules" section).
(
and like I said this happened in the first competition already)
Meaning that sanerin is not yet qualified for prizes, and needs to reach 101 bet slips, instead of the normal 70(he won @50.68, so 50.68* 2 = 101.36 -> 101 minimum blet slips to qualify for prizes).
Are you saying the cap of 10 max odds in the first competition was removed during the first competition?
Yes, we changed it to the system we are now using. We made a post about it, and an update in thee OP
(the reason for the change as we explained was to give more freedom to users, to place their normal bets. In the first competition everyone was trying to win at big odds, and some were seeing their profits capped, and we did not want that to happpen so we changed it. To decrease the luck factor, we instead increased the minimum number of bets to be based on the biggest winning odd)
Just a question, If I win 100x odds and I bet only few satoshi for the rest of my bet slip will that still be count as qualified? If this is so then this is still luck factor
Yes that is true, but remember that if you win @100 you will have to place 200 bet slips. You can place 200 bet slips with only a few satoshi but you will not be getting anything from your bets that way, so the other players that will continue to make normal bets will probably still catch up to you.
Although we want to reduce the luck factor we can't possibly try to remove it, since luck plays an important role in gambling.
