website bounce rate?

Hiya, I am just assuming this is the right place for this.

Looking on one of my websites, I see a bounce rate of 53.80%  Is this high? my volume is around 400 UIP's PCM

I know this just means people who come and leave straight away, but i have a large volume of CPC ad's and fiverr traffic booster (yes i know, I will not do any more now I know it's all botted) but over half is still alot right? I have not had anyone said anything about site problems?

What is a good bounce rate to acheave? and at what point do you consider this number to be a problem?
