While Napoli should definitely be worried, the gap isn't big enough to give up neither, they still have a chance and Inter may still lose points. This is why while it's true that they have been bad for a while, they can't give up and they need to figure out how to get better.

It has been four games since they won a game, that is a long long time and even with all of that they are only 1 point behind right now, which is a good thing for them, every team has bad periods and their bad period had a good chance where Inter lost two games as well, which shows that if Napoli could recover and leave this bad period behind, they could still win the title. If they are stuck and have low confidence then things could go even more wrong after this.

Currently Napoli is under more pressure after their points advantage was successfully chased by Inter Milan because of Napoli's poor performance in their last 5 matches so I think it is a bit difficult for them to be able to rise even though indeed every team has a bad phase even without any significant changes but we Napoli will be under more pressure which makes their team's mentality and confidence tested.

If you look at the current points difference, of course Napoli and Inter Milan still have the same chance to win the Scudetto title this season, now it's just a matter of proving which team has a strong mentality in the competition until the end of the season.

It's now a matter of which team stays consistent with their winning. Como has been one of the key teams that has denied big teams their full points and I am glad Inter too will face Como in coming weeks so we see if Como can also deny Inter points so Napoli can climb back to their position.

Both Inter and Napoli has equal chances and it takes  the most organised and consistent between them to wins the trophy. Atlanta has left the picture and it's so sad.The pressure is not just on Napoli alone, that of Inter is worst because they have to do everything within their power to remain at the top.

Como managed to get three points from Napoli, but I don't know if they can do the same against Inter. Inter will be on the field as a much more resistant team against them. They know how to play against Napoli. I'm sure they will take precautions against these. Also, Inter has an advantage on the way to the championship. I don't think they will give up this advantage easily. If Como, who beat Napoli, beats Inter as well, we can think that they will be in a much better place next year.
