I would like to know which exchange has the highest volume and used by most people , number of people using it and number of exchange is the important key element here. It should have both altcoins AND usd , it doesn't have to have usd to altcoins , it is alright if its altcoins to btc to usd but they all should be available.

Also is there a list for this? like bitcoinstrip has for gambling ones? If not , someone should do it and make money off it Cheesy I would love to see a list of exchanges ranked by their volume Cheesy

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I think OKcoin has the largest volume of Bitcoin.
On this site there are many Chinese who make trade.
To withdraw fiat can use bitfinex.
I hope I helped you.

I'd rather look for the exchange that has the smallest fees (trade and withdrawal). Most exchanges have a decent enough volume to operate correctly.

I believe the Chinese OKcoin and Houbi have the most trading volume.

Bitstamp and Bitfinex are other exchanges who also have a high trading volume as well.

Depends on the coin but normally Poloniex.com and Bter.com have a good volume. Yobit has the highest volume for new coins.

for altcoins i use Bittrex which is pretty good and doesn't have stupid rules for registration. also it has pretty decent volume and don't let the dead coins stay on the exchanger.

the daily volume sometimes differ from coin to coin on different exchangers, and as my top comment mentioned you can check them all in the  http://coinmarketcap.com website.

For cases like this i always use http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/ where you can see the daily trading volume of the exchanges. You only need to take care that some numbers might not be fully correct. For example anx translates all fiat trades in all currencies to all other fiat currencies, this way inflating their trading volume.

But the site is giving a good hint anyway.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

For exchange btc/fiat, i used my local exchanger, it's simple and more easier right.

For altcoin, i used bittrex, the volume is the highest i think and the site is still trusted, also you can use 2FA for better security.

whichever exchangeer you chose, make sure to read their rules and fees first before doing anything else in their website.
some of them might have rules that you don't agree with like poloniex which asks users for their personal information in order to let them trade and others would ban some countries.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.
