Bourhssia Dortmund is a good team and they did their best to have the best position. And the team has the potential they can do great they just need to focus on improving their performance and those weak points where they get not enough potential. Because Bayern Munich has really a great dominance in the Bundesliga and it is quite difficult for others to get them back from the position where they are fixed from a long time. Because it seems that Bayern Mhnich actually learn all the tactics that how they can win in the Bundesliga. And the Bourussia Dortmund match with Frankfurt have very clear predictions that Dortmund will easily win this match.

You can’t blame the players for performing below expectations despite being eliminated from the Champions League, they need some time to get themselves back because to be eliminated in the Champions League at the semifinals is not always easy to digest, therefore, I feel like the players will still be with that in mind because they deserve to be in the finals because they did really well in campaign.

Moreover, the players should also be tired due to over work, fatigue is real, they also need some rest too because playing in more than one competition is not always easy.
And again, playing against a team that is trying to escape relegation is not always easy, they will put everything to see if they can have chance to win and increase their chances of qualifying which is usually tough.

I don't see a point of comparing Bayern Munich performance in this useless match comparing to the previous games in the Bundesliga before they confirm the title. There is no real point for Bayern Munich to win the match and to knock Wolfsburg with a lot of goals. After all, they played seriously so no one blame them for favouring Wolfsburg over the other two teams in the relegation zone.

Yes, the players bodies needed to be weak because I don’t think even they expected that they would be eliminated by Paris Saint Germain with their current form. But sometimes, I will just say everything works the way it works. Bayern Munich are not very lucky. Everybody wish they could qualify to the final round of the champions league, unfortunately its wasn’t as plan, that is football. One thing is Bayern Munich is not weak, they are strong this is their domestic league and they’ve been dominating from the beginning of the season till now.

Stuttgart don't need to win against Eintracht to stay above Leverkusen. They only need one point.
And you're forgetting about Hoffenheim, who are also 3 points above Leverkusen. They too need only one point against Monchengladbach to make sure they don't get overtaken by Leverkusen.

So long as Bundesliga have one team that is Bayern Munich influence in champions League they're not common because aside from a lot of leagues who has two teams that always performed far on the champions League, they cannot opposed the influence of one team that comes from the league were they depend only on them, so actually even if Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Leverkusen always want to be weak but Bayern Munich would sustain the dignity of there league to every team on there way even if they keep going out from the time they have always been on the champions League but definitely the UEFA would be claimed by them in the future.
