I really don't get that behaviour some people on here show with instantly closing the threads they opened when they think they got their answer. Don't you think there could more answer come?

For example your SEPA, i'm not sure what you want to use it for but travelling to europe should not be needed. There once was a discussion about opening bitcoin safe bank accounts with a polish bank somewhere. You could open an account through the internet there. I don't know though where this thread was.

Depending on if foreign persons can open sepa bank accounts, or if there is some prerequisit needed, you might check out that.
