I ran into the same problem as RustyNomad. I've been waiting 15-20 minutes now for the account assessment and it's still saying to check back in four minutes.

I see the potential activity is given as 238 while my actual activity according to my profile is 252.

Should the potential activity not be higher than the actual activity?

Step 2:You get a "Token" and a time estimate 't' in min after which the account report will be ready.

submit again,just copy the token and paste it to the box (you must wait 2 minutes before you submit it)
anyway the site look great,i thought i could check my activity like what days my account is senior member or something else,but its ok its not problem

i think you guys have a lot of post so its caused the site eror,maybe op should fix it
anyway i thought this site automaticly detect our activity but actually we have to wait for some minute to submit again,as for me i have to wait for 3 minutes but overall its worked

Seems like there are some bugs.

Above it says that my potential rank is Full Member which means that I'm not a full member yet. It also states that I need another 14 activity to become a Sr. Member which I already am.

I like the new stats on the post quality.

Post quality should be removed. its subjective and easily manipulated. everything else seems good. just the prestige of an sr member should make it at least 0.2

Post quality is the one of the best feature of this project, it can be manipulated but hard.
