Are you using Circle exchange?

I am just wondering as I don't see that exchange listed here.  Previously I had the idea that Circle was quite popular:

Circle is great for those in the United States. I recommend using them for depositing mainly because of their "instant" availability to your Bitcoin. Once you build trust with the site, you can get anywhere from $500-$1000 instant availability to your Bitcoin deposits unlike Coinbase. With that being said, I recommend using a different exchange for withdrawing. Coinbase actually does better in that department.

Circle was quite popular mainly because their promo granting some early adopters some 0.0XX of BTC, if they will install their mobile wallet and fully activate account.

anyway, I'm still using it time to time, application is really cool and I think, that because of huge investments behind (Goldman Sachs  - https://www.circle.com/en/investors), I think that they will have bright future:)
