Its been years since I first read about Bitcoins but I didnt quite understood the basics of mining until I started mining about a month ago, and it was then when I realized how lucky I was. I live in Venezuela and the electricity price is so cheap that you could consider it free.

I have plenty of room for almost any project size and Im thinking about starting from something small. I am currently running about 10 th/s (2 Antminers S5 and 3 Antminers S4+) without issues, still, im going to implement a cooling system very similar to the one showed on the next video, with 2 16" 1/6 hp extractor fans

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5f_e4P6gMA

We could get to work almost any miner youve got, new or used, I see this as a great opportunity for those who cant get any income from mining because of high electricity costs. I can take care of electricity costs, maintenance, internet and cooling for a very low fee, lower than any cloud mining service Ive seen, maybe between 15 and 20 usd per terahash / month so I would like to know what you guys think of this idea...

I am waiting for 3 Antminers S5+ I bought and I expect ROI in 6-7 months, depending on how much I spend on PSUs.

You can even come, Venezuela is 450$ away from USA and I could show you everything I have to offer and what I have in mind.

NOTE: Im willing to sell the miners you see on the pics along with the hosting service. They are just a month old.

We are about to build a 11500 sq meters warehouse.

MAYBE SOME EXPLANATION (PICS) ABOUT ELECTRIC-PRICE AND OWNERSHIP (SOMETHING LIKE A POD) WOULD BE GREAT , OTHERWISE THIS SOUNDS TO TRICKY , BUT IF IT IS ALL TRUE , THEN YOU GOT ME , I GOT SOME TH/S BUT THEY ARE NOT MINING AT THE MOMENT

Ok, Im currently running those 10 th/s at my house, as you can see on the receipt im paying 1566.20 Bolivares Fuertes for my entire house and miners (Around 90 amps). You can find the real exchange rate on dolartoday (facebook, twitter, google instagram, etc...) and youll find im only paying about 2 dollars a month, believe it or not.

Im also adding one electricity bill of 2014, they havent sent anymore bills in a while but I can get you the last one on monday, after I ask one in their office.

How many Th/s would you plan to use?

You can check my profile on fb: https://www.facebook.com/V7204

and my id number (V-19367204) on this website: http://www.cne.gob.ve/

Looks like an interesting project, but I do have one question. In the first image you provided ( https://i.imgur.com/BxqjyAK.jpg ) it looks like the roof on that building has terrible leak issues, you can see sunlight shining through. How are you planning to prevent rain from running into the miners and destroying them?

Also, how much does power cost for you per kWhr, in USD?

My main business consists on warehousing imported merchandise. The warehouse we are talking about has 5500 square meters and have been closed for over a year, we used to store sorghum most of the time, which cant get wet neigher, the repairing works are about to start and it should be ready for business in within a month or so, if you really have a project that big then we should discuss it further in person. The other one has about 11500 square meters and should be ready by jan-feb 2016.

You can see some offices as well, I only took pictures of the second floor, the first floor also has enought room for a pretty decent mining farm.

Did you get anywhere with your mining project?
