You are absolutely correct, as per the thread and his quote , he is trying to promote his or other site here and also wanted to get some referral from  here. Blackjack is a very streaky game especially online. If you are smart enough to realize when a bad online shoe is happening, you can sometimes avoid long bad streak and take advantage of the multiple winning hands in a row. Its hard to do, but it is possible.
