I deposited 10BTC to this site last Thursday.  My account hit a parlay for 25BTC and they locked my account.  Customer service is not responsive.

They are not a fraud site I can be 100% honest in that answer. However, if you took advantage of a mistake in the system, that could get you locked out. Aside from that, large withdrawals generally take a few days to withdraw. If you were expecting to receive 35 BTC in 2 days that just doesn't happen. Betcoin goes through every extent to make sure a user followed all the rules of the site, and that there is no descrepancies in the numbers. If you post your bet ticket we could easily say whether the bet was invalid due to a mistake in lines, or whether its legit and it just needs time for Betcoin to approve it.

LOL! Betcoin can't pay out 35 BTC? That's nothing for a sportsbook... Nitro does bigger amounts all the time usually within a couple of hours.

I never once said they "can't" pay out 35 BTC. I am saying that any large withdrawal triggers an extensive review. It basic practice for the site. On new accounts any withdrawals no matter what amount usually can take a few days as well. They easily will pay out that amount for a win, I am just saying that you are not going to receive it in 24 hours that's for sure. Its just how their site works.

Other sites will process 50 BTC the same day, that's just not how Betcoin works.

What are they looking for? Verifying scores and all that wouldn't take that long for a 3 team parlay. Cheating, but how? Placing bets after match has started? Hack the site to create a fake bet? Cheesy I'm just saying more then a day is a little much.

Thanks for pointing out their delay for winners and horrible support. I'll be sure to stick with nitro and directbet  Smiley

After six days with zero meaningful response, they finally paid my winnings.  They may not have stiffed me in this case, but these guys are clearly amateurs to lose their minds over 3K.  I would not trust my money to this company.
