Can you provide more information about this? How would it be secured when the loan is outstanding? How much would it be able to be sold for in the event you default (with references)?

That is not valid collateral. Any collateral you offer must be easily sold for more than BTC9.
If you can't give valid collateral you won't get a loan for that amount here.

That aside, can you sign a message with an address posted long ago? The fact you just reset your password and now are asking for a huge loan seems suspicious.

I need only $ 1,300 on perfect money. Otherwise the equivalent in BTC (which then convert into perfect money)!

Your reputation is not worth 8BTC so you will not be able to take out a loan this large. I would suggest asking your bank for a loan if you are going to only offer joke collateral. Or maybe you should ask Dooglus as he likes to make pretty risky loans
