Mail Registration is the best way to prevent bots. I had a couple of faucets over an year without a registration and it was a really hard fight against them.

currently you can only check the hash-value in your account.
A Instant-payment is in work. Also that you get only one hash-value where can you find your payment

It was working, then the site and all the sister sites started to either give registration errors or would give fake balance sent messages.  "1000 satoshi was sent to your faucetbox", but nothing ever arrived.

tl;dr site turned scam

I managed to find the two e-mails for confirming at the websites, I logged in and claimed

0.000324 BTC sent to my wallet from bitcoinworld


DoubleCoin sent   36400 satoshi to faucetbox

After this they still say not confirmed, but I got my due satoshis

Lot of scams around the faucet world. Keep spreading word scam for such faucet
