Your 1st questions answer is "  I have changed the password when cloudminr.io gone Scam and selling our database on internet. So, I have changed my all Internet accounts password for security reasons. "

Do you have any proofs for asking for 0.05 BTC to remove those negative feedback? If you have then you should post them in public here otherwise no one will believe your plain explanations. Also it is not from only one member but from total 4 members.
