İngilizcesi iyi olan bir arkadaş yardımcı olabilir mi? Translatten Türkçeye çevirip ona göre yükledim tekrar.
Neden bu kadar işi yokuşa sürüyorlar anlamadım.

Please, take another selfie and check main requirements before uploading it: Look straight at the camera. Your background has a light, neutral colour. Your selfie is in colour. Your face can be seen clearly. Do NOT wear sunglasses, a hat or a headband. Information on your identity document must be clearly visible. A photo must be recent ('fresh'). 2. As a non-verified user, you should to attach a photo of your payment card next to your identity document. 1. Please do not modify your selfie and do not delete EXIF data. 2. Please put your ID next to card and make a photo.
Make sure that your new document scans meet the following requirements:
- Documents should be valid due to the issue date;
- Both sides of documents have to be scanned;
- Scanned images should be in color and in high resolution (at least 300 dpi);
- Allowed formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF or PDF;
- File size should be no more than 15 MB;
- Scans should not be older than 3 months;
- Documents should be issued using characters of Latin alphabet or have Latin transliteration of main fields.
