Hi, I will be opening a currency exchange service very soon. Today I would like to start off by doing some test runs and determine the risk factors and the chargeback rates.

I will be exchanging my Bitcoin (BTC) for any users PayPal.

I will be opening up my official currency exchange service starting this weekend, for now I will be doing some test exchanges.

I will accept PayPal from all users of BitcoinTalk no questions asked.

For this test phase I will only exchange small amounts at this time which are already pre made.

This service is meant for all normal users of the forum wanting Bitcoin but no one will exchange for them because of their low statues and/or reputation.

I would not risk to accept Paypal from all users, the one sending the Paypal should be at least Full Member and maybe Member (with at least some trust), no lower.

I didn't said I'm trusted because I'm a Full Member...I said that it's better to accept Paypal from some better ranked user that are here few months, than a newbie, new registered user and so on.Most likely a newbie will scam for even $1 here, which is a shame...With a higher ranked user you have at least a smaller change of chargeback, but it can still happen!

Good Service but too risky for you with very high Fee 37% very much

Pretty useless test: scammers may not chargeback $4 to gain trust, but charge you back later on larger amounts.
