AFAIK there's no website which pays in Bitcoin for game streaming. Maybe twitch should add an option to withdraw earnings in Bitcoin?

I think Streamium allows this, but I'm not entirely sure....

Twitch does allow streamers to accept BTC for viewer subscriptions I believe

Yeah , Stremium allows you to be paid with bitcoin for streaming. afaik , they don't have any restrictions on what you can stream. So I am sure you can stream games on there for bitcoin.
