I miss the days where there were a newbie jail, that would have prevented all these sorts of bull crap easily.

I think I can understand your frustration here, I think everyone can really but you are kind of missing the point and it is quite a big one. Bitcoin is built around trust or more correctly the lack of trust. It is built on the premise that you can trust no one, not the CIA, the FBI, the banks, other criminals and in your case, not even yourself and to be honest there are very few people that are capable of trusting themselves because it is the Wild West out there. ......

Have to agree that this is a major point when it comes to not just bitcoin but money in general. In some countries people will kill for $10, that is unfortunately the world we live in and you have to adapt accordingly.

Bitcoin is not the problem here and neither is the eco system it operates within, its the human factor.

Bitcoin? Call the police!

Money laundering, drugs, child pornography and weapons. Anything else I’ve forgotten?
Do you understand yet why someone created anonymous money?
I spent a year in the Bitcoin business and what is the result? I lost all I had and now I am asking for help to investigate the thieves who stole our money.
We were first hacked, then robbed of most of the money intended for the project CzechCrownCoin.

Great delusion. But that don't justify all the bad words about bitcoin. Your problems or the supposed problems of bitcoin mentioned by you are not the fault of the existence of bitcoin. Bitcoin is a wonderful technology which have all its brilliant future ahead. The other things are only words.

Another 1 post wonder shill account to bad mouth Bitcoin.  Roll Eyes How many of you have reported their credit cards being stolen by online sites that was supposedly hacked? These things happen with other payment

systems too.. in my opinion Bitcoin restrict these people from cleaning your account, IF you use it in the correct manner. Do your homework and you will not get burned, it's as simple as that.  Wink

Now that you lost money on criminals and possibly some foolish financial decisions... you want to come here and burn the place down for all the people who use it for legitimate reasons?

Do not hide behind a "One post" newbie account, and think you can post rubbish on this forum... We will consider serious debate on matters like this, if we have the facts... We will even give advice to prevent this

from happening again or people with hacking skills will help you trace these people.... but to come here and bad mouth Bitcoin, was the wrong move.  Angry

Bitcoin? Call the police!

Money laundering, drugs, child pornography and weapons. Anything else I’ve forgotten?
Have you also forgotten that I can use fiat for all of the above as well. Except with Bitcoin, ANYONE can follow the money trail and see if I am doing any of the above. Only certain people can see your money trail with fiat (unless you use cash which becomes much harder).

You also forgot that I can buy computer parts, computers, food, groceries, games, toys, and a whole bunch of other things that you can also buy with fiat.

Do you understand yet why someone created anonymous money?
It is pseudonymous actually. Which means that names are not associated with the addresses, but anyone can still see all of your transactions. So if someone figures out who is behind various addresses, he can see everything that person is spending money on, be it child porn, weapons, food, or video games.

I spent a year in the Bitcoin business and what is the result? I lost all I had and now I am asking for help to investigate the thieves who stole our money.
We were first hacked, then robbed of most of the money intended for the project CzechCrownCoin.
And whose fault is that? Are you suggesting that banks can't be robbed or hacked and all of the money stolen? Are you suggesting that people's bank accounts can't be hacked and all of the money stolen? Bitcoin allows you to be your own bank, so you must also figure out PROPER SECURITY PRACTICES which banks must also do for fiat. Otherwise, you are at risk of being hacked. It's not Bitcoin's fault, its yours.

I believe we were not the first to suffer.
Nope. Not at all. But some also don't complain about it and others figure out how to solve the problem

Can any honest enterpreneurs operate in such an environment?
Hundreds if not thousands of entrepreneurs operate and survive. There are many Bitcoin startups and they are doing just fine. Just take a look how some of the biggest Bitcoin companies are doing. Remember, many of them are small teams working on the project and only went up a few years ago to capitalize on this amazing new technology.

My personal experience is that they cannot. I have filed a complaint with both the CIA (registered number C52WDE) and the FBI (Complaint Id - I1508201506442831). I want to know who is responsible for that robbery.
Well that isn't going to get you anywhere. Law enforcement isn't going to help. They neither have the time nor resources to deal with "magical internet money". Try asking people on this forum for help. There are many people here who are very experiences with tracking addresses and experienced in Bitcoin in general. Provide enough details (addresses, txids) and I'm sure several people will help you track down the thieves. It is unlikely you won't get the Bitcoin back, but the odds are higher than going to the CIA or the FBI for help.

It is impossible to do business in a field where there are so many phantom players and racketeers endlessly attacking.

This is not the place for innocents. These are dark, shark-infested waters. Don’t go swimming here unless you have someone to cover your ass. You will lose all you have and then become a fall guy. If you are stubborn you will just simply disappear.

That is Bitcoin reality.

And it will not change until every Bitcoin wallet has the name of its user, as with a bank account.

Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have reached the point in their development when they must choose between continuing as regulated currencies or finish. Because it is not possible to build a business which is oriented towards criminality.
How is it oriented towards criminality? The majority of transactions of Bitcoin are not for criminal or nefarious purposes, but rather for legitimate purposes like buying and selling goods. There are many successful legitimate Bitcoin businesses that are thriving.

Our case is evidence that anonymous marauders have robbed us and safely disappeared, under cover of Bitcoin. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anybody and nobody is safe. A solution must be found.

What is needed is an international supervisory body protecting the interests of cryptocurrency entrepreneurs and users with powers of enforcement.

Such a supervisory body, however, cannot function without the support of a police authority possessing human and technical means to track, monitor and trace the rogue cryptocurrency users who are abusing the system for malicious purposes. A draft proposal has already been sent to CIA: http://[Suspicious link removed]/forum/index.php?topic=4473
We can hope that some action will be taken. The chance should not be missed to create a fair business enviroment.
Donate: 16aUA68RwMBzznqczK6QJvKEoByPSCQLWM BTC

So you propose the centralize Bitcoin? And what good would that do? Take a look at fiat. There are plenty of governing and enforcement agencies that attempt to prevent criminals from doing evil with fiat, but what good are they doing? Very little. Even with all of fiat's regulations, there are still more criminal and nefarious transactions that occur with fiat than do with Bitcoin.

^^^That pretty much sums it up.
Thanks for posting that so that I don't have to  Tongue

It is impossible to do business in a field where there are so many phantom players and racketeers endlessly attacking.
This is not the place for innocents. These are dark, shark-infested waters. Don’t go swimming here unless you have someone to cover your ass. You will lose all you have and then become a fall guy. If you are stubborn you will just simply disappear.
That is Bitcoin reality.

That just sounds like a tantrum painting bitcoin dark and a criminal haven from your own experience. The best person to cover your ass is yourself, no one will care for it more than yourself and your close family. You just only need to devote time, research on security and common sense not to expose your wallet and assets to hackers and scammers. If you put an important investment in cryptocoins you're expected to put the same effort in securing it. Or hire someone trustworthy and competent enough to take charge of the task.

And it will not change until every Bitcoin wallet has the name of its user, as with a bank account.
Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies have reached the point in their development when they must choose between continuing as regulated currencies or finish. Because it is not possible to build a business which is oriented towards criminality.

Banks are subject to hacking the same way or more likely than the bitcoin network. Accumulation of money always have attracted and will attract criminals wanting to steal it. Just read the news and see how two 14 years old teenagers were capable of hacking ATM in their free time at school, and told the bank about it, or how Kaspersky discovered how billions were robbed from a network of many banks through a clever hack by an unknown group. Most of those news never get to mainstream media because of the damage to banks' public image they can do. They're in any way no more secure than bitcoin network, in any case less because the bitcoin network is a collaborative effort and security flaws can be addressed by the community instead a centralized governing body. The only difference is that banks are more powerful entities than particular citizens and able to take the loss. You're only wanting that somehow someone takes charge of your mistakes just like a immature child.

If it can happen to you it can happen to anybody who's not careful enough to secure their assets offline or, out of their own greed, do trust any scammer that knocks on their door. Most of the succesful scams related to bitcoin were caused by the greed of the victims trusting offers too good to be true. Why haven't you explain how you lost all your bitcoins? Perhaps are you ashamed of how you lost them?
Anything related with money is subject of fraud and even with supervisory bodies victims many times are not compensated, ponzi schemes victims almost never get compensated even when the criminal is apprehended by the justice because all the money dissapear in the cayman islands (for example). Are you still believing in fairy tales and supervisory bodies? Maybe nobody told you yet that Santa Claus is our parents?

The whole point is to remove trust and authority, so of course there is no police. It is to be your own bank and do your own security and due diligence. If you have done your research, then you should know that the safest ways to keep your Bitcoin are either on hardware wallets, offline computers, or paper wallets.

ok yeah i know.. but do  you think you can prevent hackers?  lolz... i think in the future it is better also that we will have a security online. .. because in today.. once you got hack by hackers. you cannot do anything about it. even they already rob you or something. unlike when we have security. some hackers will watch out for their moves before hacking.

when i first saw bitcoin. i research about it and all. then obviusely the safety of our coins is not that good. we dont even have  a police that will get the bad guys. but. since almost all of us know this.. it is for you to take the risk or not. until they develop the safetiest method to keep your coins.

They can't hack something that isn't and never was online. They can only attempt to bruteforce the private keys but that will take an incredibly long time.

Bitcoins largest strength is also it's biggest downfall, anonymity can be a blessing and a curse.
Bitcoin 'anonymity' is only problem for uneducated people and for control freaks. If you think about it you realize that standard FIAT money is far more anonymous and crime friendly that bitcoin ever was.
Paper money are totally untraceable and anonymous after all. Argument, that bitcoin is evil, because it can be used to buy prohibited goods etc. is ridiculous.

You were hacked because you are an idiot that can't take care of his own computer to keep his own money safe. And you invested in some shitcoin #43894239 because you are an idiot that cannot discern from scams to real investments. Result: Bitcoin protocol still flawless but you aren't flawless, you committed mistakes and you paid for those mistakes. Stick to fiat if you don't want to be responsible for your own actions my friend.

No need to try and help him.  He did not want actual help.  He just created the account for the sole purpose of making this trolling post.  He won't be back.  Ever.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!
