I am willing to buy a lot of BTC if the rate is low.

I will be paying with PayPal, and my PayPal is verified, over 1 year old, and is a business account.

I am willing to show proof that it is my account if needed.

Please PM me your rates.

Thanks!

Edit: I can also use WU, but you will have to be very trusted and low rates.

You know paypal payments can be reversed until 180 days after the deal done. There is no use in your proof that your owning paypal account because it will not prove that you will not reverse the payment after some time. So you must use some non reversible payments to buy the bitcoins.

You see this today's thread some one has reversed payment for small amount - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1163104.msg12253163#msg12253163

Yes too many scammers now. I am upset with those who send them first or deal blindly.

Funny thing is OP turned down $170 previously...

I have $170 PayPal, how much BTC could someone give me?  Looking for around 8%-10%.

Let em know.  Verified PayPal account, bank and credit card verified.

I can give you 0.6390 BTC for $170 in PP
You will have to follow these rules : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=930568.0

Sorry, you have too many scam reports.

So I guess the question is:

What email account is your paypal account?

What BTC Wallet do you want the funds to drop to?

If you would like to talk about it more then please PM me.  I only turned him down because it clearly says under his username to "Trade withe caution" so I said he had too many scam reports and didn't want too.
