How much is in your Confirmed Rewards field?
That's the only field you can cash out from.
Your wallet address is set properly to one in your Bitcoin.exe wallet/receivng address book, right?

This is my stat when I wanted to request cashout. Should the cashout be really instant? My donation is 2.50%.

Do you have anything like NoScript running?
If you have .01 and you click the Pay Me Now button, usually it's NEAR instant.
BTCGuild was having some issues last night, but I doubt that has anything to do with what's going on now.

Umm what is NoScript lol? I'm using GUIminer but my bitcoin.exe wasn't running when I want to cashout. Should I keep bitcoin.exe running as well?

Did you search for your transaction in the link I posted above?

If you didn't have the bitcoin client open, dont worry, open it and wait for the blockchain to finish downloading and you should see your transaction.

But, that looks a very small amount, so I think it will be very low priority and could take some several hours to complete.

Hmm, I guess I'll wait. By the way, what does "stale/invalid" means?
