I opened an account and put some dust in it. So basically, they are "paying" bits and bats, but the whole site is misleading. So while they claim that you always can withdraw your principal, this is not true - your principal has to be 0.5 BTC as a minimum.
Also funny is the following fact: If you compare the "profits" with the profits from Hashnest, they are basically identical, though a bit lower. So it seems as if the guys behind Coin-Face is "investing" the money he gets from clients to do some cloud-mining with Hashnest and is giving a bit of the profits to the investors to keep them calm...
