that's what a money do to a weak league because the other teams in the french league are not spending as PSG and they only compete agiinst each other on the rest positions on the league to get that europeen spot and maybe go beyond the groupe stages of CL or the EUL

yes i do agree with you these league is too boring and PSG is too strong for others teams and they has ran with very fast alone and no one else teams could pursue them
