If you want to but bitcoin with paypal you can  use virwox.
Unfortunately the fees are very high, for transactions with PayPal.

Try localbitcoins . It lets you buy with a card as well as cash. Good for a start. If you have a paypal account just go for virwox (just be ready for a bit of a steep fee with Paypal in virwox).
