To get women to use Bitcoin, give them a reason. They don't have any reason to start using Bitcoin aside from why everyone else here uses Bitcoin, and they're all more than content with using fiat money to pay for their things.

Yeah, it's really rare to find a woman that using bitcoins in real life. I think the best way to motivate women to use bitcoin is give them a bitcoin wallet with 1 btc, and tell her, she can buy anything with it. i'm sure she will learn bitcoin.

The real topic and point of discussion should be on how to motivate the general population to use bitcoin, currently a small percentage of women using it are due to it being exclusive to tech savvy which is less in women, however we should aim at the whole general population who are not very concerned with technology.
