There's really no need for us to teach women special ways about bitcoin. It's all simply if she's interested, then she'll be more than willing to learn it for herself and if she isn't, then I think it would only be wise if we let her and respect her decision about it. Although we can help her slowly build interest in bitcoin.

It would rather be better if you would teach her how to get the coins than just simply giving it to her.
That way, she would know the process of earning money (bitcoin) and motivate herself if she would be interested in doing so. Also, this way we will be respecting her decision about bitcoin.
In my opinion, giving free coins will make her interests to fade away which is indirectly might mean not respecting her decision about bitcoin.
