No, i think he is asking for an online exchange.
There was an exchange for India, currently i don't remember it's name but it went down a while ago.

For you op, I'm from India and there is an app on google play store called zebpay, you can recharge your mobile and dth with it and also buy and sell bitcoins by your bank account after filling kyc.
App is good and updates every week or two.

There is an exchange for India called igot.com and is a fraud exchange.
And they charge about50k satoshi in order to withdraw and there is a friend of mine who requested for a withdraw and there have been many days and still have not got the funds and is still showing pending for withdrawl.
So if these things keep on happening then people will not trust in bitcoins and not use it.
So for adaption by people we need honest exchanges.

Looks like for now you are stuck with ---> https://localbitcoins.com/country/IN  Angry Your country and it's laws are not very Bitcoin friendly and

it's very complex. I think your government is doing this to protect their own currency. {Rupee}

You guys need to raise awareness for the need to use Bitcoin there and get more people to use it. The exchanges will follow once the demand is

there. The demand will not grow, if the laws are not changed...  Sad

Laws are not Bitcoin-friendly but certainly not against Bitcoin. Indian Bitcoin users are growing. There has been quite a few meetups lately. When I checked Indian meetup groups, at least 1 new user is joining almost everyday.

Bitcoin in India has only just started to gain more attention. Country officials and the Reserve Bank are very wary of Bitcoin, but will not interfere with its usage for now.

Dude there is no reason that bitcoin will be adopted in India just because it has a large number of population.
and plus there is no chance the Indian government is going to allow coins there.
