Is there any place I can directly get like a txt file or csv of all of the bitcointalk.org stat data (new users, new posts, new threads, views, etc)??

AFAIK no. But you can get the data from the last table on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=stats, and parse it yourself. The easiest way should be to use Excel's "Text to Columns" and then save it as a .csv file.
