Hello everyone!
I am new here and I hope somebody can help me with this matter.

I used shared send on blockchain and my computer crashed when the transaction was almost finished, the receiver has not received my bitcoins and I can't find the bitcoins in my online wallet.

Are my bitcoins lost forever? Or is there something I can do?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Share the adress of the receiver and your adress here as a start to see what really happened to your bitcoins
if there isn't any tax ID then you should always have your BTC in your control , they can't just dissapaear just like that

Thankyou for your reply.

I'm not sure which bitcoin adress was used to send the bitcoins (I have many adresses in my blockchain wallet) so I will share the bitcoin hash here:
https://blockchain.info/nl/tx/ad73dd676549d863bf0c4864e3926c87ed5d130e8840dea4a32120e1df1159ea

And the receiver is: 1D4gCWJGv6kh6wtEGiN5zvEgkqpCdUyuwn

I sent: 5.01768539 BTC
And I got 2 payments back while using the shared send:
0.0197943 BTC
and
0.01979434 BTC

It's seems like you didn't really send anything to that adress , there is nothing about it on the txid and there is nothing about it on the adress here , you can see here that the adress (receiver) have 0 Balance and the blockchain dosen't lie .
so you could print Paper wallet that include private key + public keys that you have and import them into another wallet of your choice (e.g electrum)

https://blockchain.info/support-desk
it says :
Quote
We Do Help With

The support desk only helps with the following issues.

Forgotten Wallet Details
Two Factor Authentication Reset Requests
Problems with shared send
It's about shared send then they should definitly be able to help you , no worries . in case they don't do what I told you above and you should be fine
