Downloading Torrent in States

I was wondering if there is a way to download torrents without getting into trouble here in the States ?

Seedboxes and similar online services(zbigz,boxopus etc) are either too expensive or will not respect anonymity if you take that way.
 ANy similar suggestions , or pay per file/GB services ?

Just use a proxy. That's the only way you'll be able to protect yourself. You'll probably have to pay for one though they're not expensive but depends how much you value your privacy.
