Unfortunately, that is not how Bitcoin works. Bitcoin cannot be transferred to paypal and then sent to bank account since Bitcoin is not fiat.

What you can do though is join an exchange(Bit-x is in my sig and they are good), transfer your Bitcoins there, sell them there, and then transfer the fiat to your bank account.
