Modify Fan Speed on HP DSP 800 GB

Hello!

So i have a few HP DSP800GB 1000 WATTS PSU, and they get quite hot

Is there any way to speed up the fan so it cools down?

At high loads all server-style supplies get hot. Yes compared to a ATX supply they get quite toasty but they are designed for it and do not care.
