I just checked mine. I ordered 09/03/15 at 06:05am. It is marked "shipped."
I too have a UPS account but nothing is shown as being shipped.
Curious, does it have a date marked for shipped date? I just checked my account and it says my order is shipped, but with no tracking number. There is a date placed in the send details of: Date 2015-09-28 00:00:00 No, it just changed to shipped in the past 8 hours - definitely 9-28 and where is the tracking? I hope they don't attempt to compensate based upon this supposed ship date. Same here. The email arrived 7 hrs ago and says it has shipped, no tracking info and also based on 9-28 ship date. Most odd...

Order placed 9/1 but date shipped shows 9/28 but that date was just added around 3am eastern time this morning. Maybe their way of saying they beat the shipping deadline?

Im thinking that if you ordered 1 day ahead of me your order will be shipped tomorrow? Good luck. And never buy batch 1 from Bitmain again : )
I got a weird call from someone identifying themselves as DHL Saturday night. They indicated I had a shipment from China worth over $2500 in customs and they needed my SSN to process it. Is this a new US Government action? This is the first time I've exceeded that value in a single order. I have not heard anything from BitMain, but I did get two text from DHL yesterday. The first one came in the morning and had a bad tracking number. The second came last night and is the same as above. FYI - my order date was 9/2/2015. Now just hoping I don't miss the doorbell ringing.

They would not ship the packages from China before I had pre-paid the 25% VAT (import tax basically). They also explained this would not have happend if Bitmain had supplied them with a proper invoice with the package. Instead they use a form (don't remember what it's called), that the Norwegian customs don't approve. UPS actually just sent me a text "Please transfer 3100$ to this account number to continue the shipping process" They also provided me with a tracking number. Still haven't heard a word from Bitmain since they got my money.

Like everyone else, my order has now been marked as shipped in the Bitmain system without an email or tracking number.
Whether it's actually shipped or not I don't know. I'm not currently in a position to search FedEx for the Bitmain order number as a reference.
Since I have very little trust remaining for Bitmain, I suspect they are simply changing the orders in their system to prevent paying their meager compensation. Also, they can use it as a further argument against those of us who have asked for a full refund. Can't refund if the order is "shipped", right?
I hate to think the worst of them, but it's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt with this mess...

I keep getting happier I decided to skip the S7.
8-)
was not such a big temptation for me at 13.5c kwh and 100 amp service (2 titans at 2500w already) ie poof goes the panel in a puddle if I'd plug one of them S7's in also the RMA to china w/o a pay and swap components option (ie you pay for say controller board to be shipped soonest and you get credit when it arrives off credit card) also not thrilled by 90 day warranty so yeah ...would be an evil temptress thou .if they had like a 'store front' of them like too blocks over thou (I've done dumber stuff impulse buying) but alas home mining is all over for me (sits in bleachers watches the asic parade go buy) Wait for the price rally. If/when bitcoin price is rising faster than difficulty, hardware prices drop significantly (ie: <0.8btc/TH) and mining is profitable almost anywhere

Sorry - Social Security Number. The one thing most of us USA folks have been trained to NEVER give out over the phone unless you know who is calling you (like your stockbroker!). Its the foundation for identify fraud here.

Ditto^^ Never EVER provide your SSN (for those not in the USA, Social Security Number) to a caller over the phone! Always find out who they are (in this case DHL), look up the local phone number for them and contact them yourself to be certain it is legit.

I agree with the advise, of course... and I didn't follow it. My reasoning was flawed but A) I was expecting a shipment B) They identified the sender, basic product, and price category C) It was end-of-day on Saturday and I didn't want to risk further delays D) Compliments of the recently announced Scottrade hack, I have 1 year of credit protection services. Obviously, I'm going to seriously regret doing this if it was a crooked DHL employee gathering data for resale on the black market. Mostly I am just curious if other Bitmain customers ordering 2 or more units and shipping via DHL received such a call?

I ordered 2 on day one they arrived fast and with the soft reboot i can do 4800 on each one at freq 600. I believe the batch one can do close to spec if your psu really gives 11.9 volts to each pcie jack with full draw on it.
my guess is this s-7 needs very close to prefect voltage so if your psu sags below 11.8 at the socket you are fucked. my second guess is most people don't know how to measure the draw at the socket to see just how bad the psu sags.
my psu is putting out 12.07 volts before it hits the s-7 socket the 1200 watts pulled across nine sockets drops the power down to 11.94 volts this is above 11.8 which is good. but all nine sockets read 11.93 or 11.94 volts.
I suspect that most losing s-7 low hash like 4600 would do better if the psu supplied really tight numbers.
like all nine jack at 11.93 or 11.94 i think if you have two psu's and five jacks are getting 11.9 and the other four jacks get 11.96
you get a fail due to 11.9 mixed with 11.94.
Just did some voltage tests this weekend: # Ave gh/s Freq Temp HW Voltage PSU 2 4744 600 54,54,56 0.0011% 11.68-11.74 3 x Antec 750w Platinum PSU 5 4738 600 52,52,55 0.0235% 11.92 1 x Bitmain APW3-12-1600-B2 1 4582 575 50,47,46 0.0338% 11.68-11.74 1 x Coolmax 1600-Watts Silver PSU 3 4513 600 53,54,55 0.0384% 11.68-11.74 3 x Antec 750w Platinum PSU 4 4480 600 54,53,55 0.0985% 11.68-11.74 3 x Antec 750w Platinum PSU All of these had the Antec 750w Platinum PSUs with the same voltage. I have also tried the EVGA 1300W Gold PSU that tested at the same voltage. I have just changed #1 from 3 x Antec 750w Platinum PSU to the Coolmax 1600-Watts Silver PSU with no change in voltage. #1 was running at 4276gh/s 600MHZ 49,46,44 0.1174%. I may have to change #4 and #3 to 575MHZ as well. RESULTS: I never seen 1 lead testing at 11.9 or above for anything other than the Bitmain APW3-12-1600-B2. I am in the US and had to change my circuit breaker to 220 to be able to run this and get these results, but I may have to do this for more of them.

I am in the US and had to change my circuit breaker to 220 to be able to run this and get these results, but I may have to do this for more of them. Problem is they are designing these using 220v as thats standard for china.. The same reason we had so many problems with the s4 psu is they thought it would get the same efficiency on 110 v as 220.. Thus the reason so many s4 psu burnt up.. Psu rated at 1200 on 110 and 1400 w at 220.. Makes all the difference.. Bitmain should have stated that this miner will under-perform if not using their psu. how convenient i might add. If you look at the product page it states 4. Rated Voltage: 12.0V+5%, should not be less than 12.0V not only should it not be less but they actually recommend more.. Up to 12.6 v. Basically forcing you to buy their psu. Im going to test some server psu under load and see what voltage drop looks like there aswell. Be nice if we can come up with a list of psu that will run these miners at the proper voltage. I also wonder if not supplying proper input voltage will cause problems with the expected efficiency.. Aries i realize its a lot of work but would be cool if you took a killawatt or an ammeter and check out the wattage draw using three psu at undervoltage vs the one bitmain provides at 220 volts.. Ill be willing to bet the single psu design is quite a bit more efficient.. 1 for being a single psu but also due to being on 220.. Thanks for your info Best Regards d57heinz

Like it or not they have been very clear on the PSU spec from the start, although I immediately thought that it indicated they were having trouble meeting the spec with less than 12V... If you have a server PSU I would connect the sense wires to the PCIE socket and that will then compensate for any loss in the wiring.
Single PSU not necessarily more efficient, what is more important is operating a PSU at it's most efficient current.

Brilliant! However, there were only a few people that ordered or had EVGA 1600 Gold or Plat, hence problems. In addition, unless you install a 220v circuit, you are limited to oven/dryer outlet with Bitmains's PSU (in US at least). In my experience of ~2 weeks, running on EVGA 1300 (with two additional connectors provided by two Startech PCIe splitters connected to two red "single" cables) is sufficiently stable so far at 600 (~4836 GH). The same PSU was also stable at both 606 (~4886) and 612 (~4915). You are absolutely right re mixing two PSUs, though.
