Ok, I doubt anyone will sell you their potential Hero member account that is currently full member for just 0.12 or 0.13, at the price you think they are worth

Potential accounts cost 50% value of real ranked accounts,
if you want to buy clean account then you have to increase your budget,I haven't seen any potential hero member sold for 0.12-0.13, if you did then share the link(not an auction, because auction are not real market price)

There was not a single account for sale, I had multiple accounts for different potential activity and they are selling too

There is no budget ,i have 6-10 coins in my wallet if that is what you want to know.
and that 450 is just the subject' no one ever messaged me with that potential ...there are many things to it like any bans or loans or signed message ...etc
