We haven't received transactions for over a week now.

Does anyone else experience such problems?

It seems that the basic API is working on my website, however I have only tested the create address API. I am unsure if anything such as the wallet or payment APIs are working.

Try contacting Blockchain support through their Zendesk, they tend to give fast and helpful support.
