Low consistent block reward, slow-ish block time, ICO with no purpose, basically just building an altcoin around some stock graphics. This will go the way of 8BIT, 16BIT, and 32BIT except it doesn't also have the retro video game cachet going for it.

for those who did not understand the specs here is a simple layout:

R83 5000 R83 7000 R83 1000 R83 50000 R83 [SCRYPT]
R83 8000 R83 83000 R83 5000 R83 [SCRYPT]

now enter all that into your R83 compiler and you should get an output like this:
