Well if you really have low budget, then make a 2 in 1 sig is fair enough, and its price should be raised bit higher. So you have a sig contest and an avatar contest.

Actually it totally depends on the owner of sig campaign, if he allowing it, then it wont be a problem. But maybe the only problem is you couldnt include many words or characters in the design, so it would be looked simple.

You really should make it 2 seperate campaigns. The signature is gonna contain a link to redirect you to each site and I'm not sure you could put both in 1 signature.

Yeah, yahoo62278 is really a great and professional guy, he has been a manager for my old signature campaign, and everything went smoothly. I recommend him to be manager of these campaigns
