I think no. As many people have negative feedback about these because if your account get closed then the keys will not work.

Allowed or not by moderators , I suppose it's allowed as you can see on Digital goods section there is few topics for people selling them .
However you will end up with negative trust from members most likely . and I quote from another topic that sells them (at least honest seller) :

"These keys are being sold under an MSDN account that is legally only supposed to be used by the account holder, and is only supposed to be used for testing/software development. Microsoft sees selling of these keys as illegal. When/If the main MSDN account is blacklisted due to the sale of these keys or for any other reason, all keys under the account would also be blacklisted and will begin failing activation and become unlicensed. Buy at your own risk."

on the forum, its not disallowed, you can see several people trying to sell keys in the digital goods section, as well as msdn accounts. however, the selling of these keys are illegal under microsoft's terms, and this is also why those sold keys are often disabled some time after they are sold.

i would assume that most do based on the  few cases ive seen (no interest to peek into those sales threads) but -ve trust doesnt seem to deter people from buying those keys for a few dollars each.

Yes it is illegally to sell msdn keys it is specified in their website, because it is just for the account holder and not for others(neither to sell to them)

It's not illegal. It's a civil suit, not criminal. And you're definitely allowed to sell them here on the forums, but if they get blacklisted, it's likely going to result in negative feedback.

Yes that will most likely do the job , still .. if someone suspect that those accounts you are using to get the keys are carded (made using stolen credit cards) then you will get negative trust and also make sure to write that in bold so people really see it .

I was always wondering how people get those accounts , don't you guys buy Subscriptions or something ? Even if not ..; you could buy the keys from a website or someone else using a stolen credit card and you are re-selling them for BTC and of course you claim that they are from Microsoft them selfs and in case they got recovered .

It the starting is illegally then the end will be the same, the keys will not work and you must refund your clients.

If you could prove it was done in a legal way ... yes.  But as MSDN does not allow the selling of it's keys you are likely to get a lot of negatives as said above.

So you will beak TOS and risk Microsoft getting mad at you for a few bucks.  And have a bad forum impression.

I suggest staying far away from selling MSDN keys.
