Would be great there was a torrent file of all referenced materials of the paper: "How to Build Time-Lock Encryption" by Tibor Jager. And having its magnet link published on bitcoin blockchain!

I don't get what's so interesting about that (maybe I just fail to notice the interesting part). it's a simple AI which you will encounter when you're trying to make/modding a game AI. very easy to implement if you know the scripting basics of the engine that you'll be using, if you're using any.
