This is worse then giving a no-collateral loan because it is clear the first poster has no intention of repaying and was even trying to sell it for basically the same amount.

Guys there is a rule that you need to provide a collateral to get a loan. OP got his loan and his account as collateral, he defaults or not I think we can't just give the account a - trust because if he can't pay the lender will be the new owner of the account. Lender can then sell it to make money from it but if it has a negative trust then what use can he get from it. I think it's fair enough for the lender.
