What happened:: scammed  from
Hailedllama for 0.01 he contact me via mp to buy 0.01 for 2.5 eur i send him btc first then he said his paypal cant send money now he dont want to refund me

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

So firstly you send first, secondly you use paypal , thirdly you expect a price higher that you should anticipate and fouthly and lastly, you deal with a newbie for it? This is a hopeless case here.

As DiscoverCebu said, this is a hopeless case. You won't be able to get your BTC back unless he changes his mind and do a refund on your payment.
