SBU has evidence of Russian troops breaking heavy arms withdrawal agreements

Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak has said that the SBU has evidence which confirms that Russian soldiers have violated the principal provisions of the Minsk agreements regarding the withdrawal of heavy weapons by Russian troops.

Then why don't publish this "evidence". The Americans were a little better. They would at least publish a few satellite images, claiming that these images showed Russian MBTs and APCs inside the Ukrainian territory. In all such cases, it turned out that the images were of Ukrainian tanks captured by the rebels, or Russian tanks inside the Russian international borders.
