Hi,
I have a chance to have free one or more sites to organize competitions based on these championships: Cricket, MLB, FIFA North America, NCCA FB, FIFA Europe and NFL.

I didnt understand what do you mean by saying "partner"? I need to invest money? I need to have some sort of programming skills?
