Thanks for clarifying. There is also Octroi duty. And not to mention the headache. Also would like to clarify that this is if everything goes as per plan. The customs guy may decide to charge duty based on any other code, and for which duty could be as high as 40%. I have 2 documented proofs to prove that. That can be fought, but then that may involve warehousing charges as well, and then there is no end to how long the delay can be. We have streamlined a process and like we have said earlier, our clientele is not in the metro cities, but for other cities in India.
Also, a lot of our customers say that they can get it cheaper on alibaba, and then people end up getting scammed.
We are saying this is our price, and we will deliver at this price, if you dont like the price dont buy it from us, but dont criticize us for what we are doing.
