I think this guy just troll around. He talks about dogecoin.org, which is not aliser's dogecoin faucet. Also, he write calendar date in 2 different formats (EU and US), which is suspicious as aliser use only one format on his sites.
I withdraw my earnings on dogecoincity, litecoingarden and litecoincity 1 week ago and I've got them without any problem.

I can not say more, if I write to support the emails I get rejected by the server and the payments are not seen

It looks like one more faucet down.. 
I know one Doge faucet that is paying from few months. Have annoying pop ups, but reward is quite good and payment is directly to FaucetBox.

Dogecoincity still up and paying, I withdraw my earning today and got them on my wallet quickly. Aliser got some reputation here and will not take the risk of ruining it for that.



The other guy must probably use proxy or bot and get his payment blocked, that could explain why his withdrawal still pending.
