judging from the op, they are probably botted accounts.

Hey, have few 70k IP accounts but did not settle the price yet. However yes, you can transfere EUW accounts to NA but it will cost you 10+5 € to pay (riot).

400 RP is already on the account.

But i call it worth.

Simple go on league of legends page. Register NA account with the SAME username as my account username is. And then login and make same SUMMONER name as my summoner name on euw is.

Then when you want to transfer?
Voila, you will be asked for a new username and also you can rename your summoner.

About vauchers? I am totally new in this. (well let's be honest, i was not born with forum account in my pocket right?).

But i am willing to give one account to super mod / admin of this forum or anyone from staff of this forum who would be happy to have one euw smurf.

I am new, i do not have superb botting power so i cannot shower you with free accounts guys.

But i am honest do business.

The accounts are botted with private bot (not NHC)it have no skins or runes but i have few accounts with judgment kyle if you are interested but the accounts are not lvl 30.Sorry i dont accept escrow only paypal.
