I think that you should have made this thread in the Beginners & Help section of the forum. You will probably get more replies if you ask for help there.

As far as exchanging Bitcoin is concerned I have only used Bitstamp and BTC-e. BTC-e was used for a one time transaction only (to show other people that Bitcoin is not fake/scam). I've been using Bitstamp for 2 years and have never experienced any problems with it. The interface is good, the support staff is friendly and helpful and they even recovered from a major hack (where others would probably disappear).

Im not a beginner im using BTC since 2012 but thanks! Smiley Just wanted to know wich service is the most used or most recommend. I like BTC-e because of its simple and old design. Its also easy to cash our or exchange or buy. Smiley Didn't know that BTC-e was used to show other that bitcoin is no fake. Is there more background i can read of?

You did not really get me. I was aware that Bitcoin was working properly at first, and that it was not a scam. I had never cashed in Bitcoin before. However, a few people that I wanted to work with did not believe me.
I randomly stumbled upon BTC-e when searching for a exchange. I registered there to prove to them that I was right.
I have not used it ever again. After discovering Bitstamp I continued using it. It's unusual for people to favor older designs.

Bittrex  is my main one, then c-cex and then sometimes yobit.  Used to like Cryptsy but then it seemed like the other exchanges added more new coins so migrated over to them and left Crypsty.

The only exchanges I've really used are Coinbase and Poloniex. Coinbase is good for usd/btc and polo is great for transferring between different altcoins and such.

Wich exchanges did you use in the past?
www.LocalBitcoins.com

Why did you change?
Scammers were exploiting LocalBitcoins rules to lock my fund.

Wich one are you using atm?
www.100bit.co.in. I dont have to keep my fund deposited in this exchange. I deposit, only after confirming a trade.

*Which exchange have you been?

From the beginning , I'm stuck with poloniex, bittrex , crypsty. Actually there was one exchanger , mintpal that very famous on that time.
But i'm so glad that those three can survive togother

I have been in many exchanges if i remember the first was bx.in.th - i am not using it for a long time

Then i moved to bter to trade doge, also to cryptsy too, then i moved to trade stellar in poloniex.

Recently i am concerned in poloniex buying and selling Etherum mostly.

I've been using nearly every major exchange [supporting EUR] in the four years of being involved with Bitcoin.

For fiat transfers:  Safello, Kraken, Bitstamp

For everything else: Cryptsy, BitTrex, Poloniex, C-Cex, EmpoEx, CCEDK

I used multiple sites. I even used Mt.gox at past. Now I'm using Btc-e and Bitstamp mostly. I like their volumes, they give everything I need in their site.

I'm also using btc-e , simply because they held up their part some years ago when they had that incident with liberty reserve "fake" funds deposits,
and they rolled back all trades so that they don't affect users but rather just them.
But i must say that, due to their somewhat unknown ownership and so on, i'm no longer keeping any funds in the exchange itself, but i rather just do my trades and withdraw.

From the day of using bitcoin, I always prefer to use the localbitcoins.com exchange service. Its my one of the favourite one to sell my btc instantly.
