Make sure you get a signed message from before the forum hack and the chances of that they are hacked is very very slim.

How cheap can a Hero member go? 0.3 is just cheap or the OP has no signed message available.
I would buy one if you accept escrow, and signed message available.

Now you know why price is cheap because he have nothing to sell, just written cheap price to attract newbies, always buy from trusted users you may think price is high but your purchase is safe, and always use escrow when buying/selling something on forum.
Don't fall in trap of cheap price always look for quality and trust, there are many other good seller selling forum accounts.

Yeah, I've stopped actively selling due to this. Makes more sense for me to use the accounts, even if sporadically. I do still get old customers from time to time, though, who pay legit prices because they know my accounts are good quality and are developed by me (not bought or hacked).
