Bitxzone.com is probably a scam site. No exchange should be without SSL, not to mention the fact that the domain was just registered last week.
It looks fishy. As mentioned above, no SSL and new domain. Moreover, I did a search and no reviews come out on the site. As a general rule, if site has negative or no reviews, run from it, or at least wait until somebody takes a risk and confirms that it works or it doesn't work. But not anyone, only members with trust, no newbies.
I know at least 5 scam sites like this that are even listed on Wikipedia-how to buy bitcoins, so for now on I would stay away.
