Website is UP to me and works fine but there is "Your local number is not supported at this time" bullshit when I try to get the number seems like it dosen't work on my country

I'am still in need of help on this case , I tried few ways but seems like they are not working either .
also anyone knows when Paysafecard will apply this ? I saw this image on their website but not sure when and not sure if they are planning to start selling the digit codes or also give us the ability to make accounts on their website .
