Getting bitcoins via PayPal is tricky, because it's easy to request a chargeback and PayPal will treat the payee as guilty until proven innocent. By contrast bitcoins are impossible to charge back, so that sort of exchange requires some trust, which you don't yet have. You could create an account on BitcoinMarket, where you can easily sell PayPal USD for BTC, but you haven't done so---which makes you look a bit suspicious. You'll have to pay a pretty hefty surcharge to cover the risk.
For example: I'll trade with you at an exchange rate of 1 BTC = 17 PPUSD, up to 20 bitcoins. PM me if you're interested.
If you don't think the surcharge is worth it and you don't want to wait for money to go from your bank to Dwolla to Mt Gox, there are other ways. For example, you could try to settle a price with someone now, to be paid whenever you get your Mt Gox dollars. Or you could just set up with BitcoinMarket, where the exchange rate is still a bit high but not as high as 17.

I also want to buy, but the bitcoinmarket.com do not accept Paypal which is the only way I can pay in Singapore.

Getting bitcoins via PayPal is tricky, because it's easy to request a chargeback and PayPal will treat the payee as guilty until proven innocent ... Thank you, Ian Maxwell, for most helpful explanation about the PayPal situation. Your writing style is crystal clear. I'm new here; trying to get a grasp of how all this works. Good advice and clear writing has value to me, especially at the first steps. So, sending now 1.55 Bitcoin to account in your signature above. With thanks.
